How fast will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 3 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM ET will typically ship the next business day. Delivery averages about 2 days once shipped. Please note: we do not ship on weekends.
How does my order ship?
We route each order through the fastest available carrier. Depending on the size of your order, your package may arrive in either a padded envelope or a box.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to update the shipping address. You can, however, update your address for future orders by logging into your account here. Select “Shipping Information” and edit on the right-hand side of the section. If you need assistance, contact us at [email protected].
What if my tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my order?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 1–2 more business days. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
