1. Sponsor

The Grüns x Skylight "Win a Skylight Calendar" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Grüns Nutrition, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 14205 N MoPac Expy, Ste 570, PMB 19591, Austin, TX 78728. Skylight has consented to Sponsor's use of the Skylight name in connection with the Giveaway. Skylight is not the sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway and is solely the prize supplier.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and of any entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of any such person, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period is divided into sixteen (16) weekly entry periods (each, an "Entry Period") as follows: Entry Period 1: April 9, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through April 15, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); Entry Period 2: April 16, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through April 22, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); Entry Period 3: April 23, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through April 29, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); Entry Period 4: April 30, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through May 6, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); Entry Period 5: May 7, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through May 13, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); Entry Period 6: May 14, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through May 20, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); Entry Period 7: May 21, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through May 27, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET); and Entry Period 8: May 28, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) through June 3, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Regardless of method, each eligible entrant may receive only one (1) entry per Entry Period, and no entrant may receive more than four (4) total entries during the Giveaway Period. If more than one entry is received from the same person, email address, or household during a single Entry Period, Sponsor may void all but the first eligible entry received for that Entry Period.

Method 1 – Automatic Entry via Qualifying Purchase (no additional action required): During the Giveaway Period, place your first subscription order for any Grüns Kids product at https://gruns.co (a "Qualifying Purchase"). A Qualifying Purchase means the entrant's first-ever subscription order for a Grüns Kids product placed during the Giveaway Period. Eligible entrants who complete a Qualifying Purchase automatically will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Entry Period in which the order is placed.

Method 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE"): During the applicable Entry Period, visit https://forms.gle/3HmCcFTiLgqmt5mY9 and complete the online entry form by providing your full name, valid email address, and state of residence. AMOE entries are free and will be treated the same as purchase entries for purposes of winner selection. Submitting an AMOE entry is not conditioned on consent to receive promotional communications from Sponsor.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, late, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5. Drawings and Odds

Within approximately five (5) business days after the close of each Entry Period, Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period to select two (2) potential winners for that Entry Period, for a total of sixteen (16) potential winners across the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

Each potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) days after the notice is sent and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to administer prize fulfillment, including a declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, fails to provide requested information, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Entry Period. No more than two (2) alternate drawings will be held per Entry Period. Prize fulfillment is expected within approximately six to eight (6–8) weeks after winner verification is complete.

7. Prizes

Two (2) prizes are available per Entry Period, for a total of sixteen (16) prizes. Each prize consists of one (1) Skylight Calendar 15" redemption code or, if that prize becomes unavailable, a comparable calendar product of equal or greater value selected by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $299.99. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,799.84. Limit one (1) prize per person, household, and email address during the Giveaway Period. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion where required by law. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as included in the prize.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, submitted fraudulent or noncompliant entries, or acted in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, in which event Sponsor may, in its discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action taken by Sponsor.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Skylight, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, except to the extent caused by a Released Party's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct or where such release is prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, or undelivered entries, emails, or communications; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet service provider, website, or other connections; computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmission failures; or any technical, mechanical, typographical, human, or other error or problem connected with the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://gruns.co/privacy. Sponsor may send entrants promotional communications regarding Sponsor's products and services; entrants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by following the instructions in any such communication. Entry into the Giveaway is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing communications. Sponsor will not share Giveaway entry information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes except as disclosed in Sponsor's privacy policy or as required by law.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Grüns x Skylight "Win a Skylight Calendar" Giveaway Winner List, c/o Grüns Nutrition, Inc., 14205 N MoPac Expy, Ste 570, PMB 19591, Austin, TX 78728, to be received no later than July 31, 2026. Winner list requests may also be sent by email to care@gruns.co. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
