1. Sponsors

This promotion is sponsored by Grüns Nutrition and OLIPOP (collectively, the “Sponsors”). Sponsors may designate a third-party administrator to conduct or manage the promotion. Each Sponsor is responsible only for its respective products and obligations as described herein.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway consists of two (2) separate entry periods:

Coachella Entry Period: April 17–19, 2026
Stagecoach Entry Period: April 24–26, 2026

Entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period to be eligible for that drawing.

Attendance at Coachella or Stagecoach is not required to enter or win.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Coachella, Stagecoach, Goldenvoice, or any of their affiliates.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete both of the following steps during the applicable Entry Period:

Send the keyword “OLI” via SMS text message to 67454

Entry will be deemed complete only upon successful transmission of both messages to both numbers. Entries that do not include both required messages, or that are incomplete, corrupted, or late, will be void.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be void.

Sponsors are not responsible for failed, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected SMS transmissions due to technical issues, carrier limitations, or any other reason.

5. SMS Disclosure and Consent

By texting “OLIPOP” to +1 (844) 292-9236 and “OLI” to 67454, entrants expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Sponsors at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Entrants may opt out at any time by replying STOP to either number. For assistance, reply HELP.

Entrants represent and warrant that they are the authorized subscriber of the mobile number used to enter and that they have obtained any required consent from the mobile account holder.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected, one (1) from each Entry Period, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Potential winners will be notified via the phone number used to enter.

7. Winner Contact

Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Prize Descriptions; General Prize Terms; Value

Prize Description

Each winner will receive one (1) prize consisting of:

Grüns Nutrition: Twelve (12) bags (defined as a “Year Supply”) – ARV: $959.88
OLIPOP: Twelve (12) cases (12-pack cases) – ARV: $431.88

Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Total ARV per prize: $1,391.76 USD

“Year Supply” is defined as twelve (12) units of each Sponsor’s product.

All prize details are determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.

General Prize Terms

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsors’ sole discretion.

Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

9. Prize Fulfillment and Shipping

Prizes will be shipped to winners at a valid U.S. mailing address provided during winner verification. Each Sponsor will fulfill its portion of the prize in a single shipment, subject to availability.

Sponsors are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged shipments
Delivery failures due to carrier issues or events outside Sponsors’ control
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winner

Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon confirmed delivery.

10. Consumable Product Disclaimer

Prize products are consumable goods. Winners are responsible for reviewing all product labeling, including ingredients and allergen information, prior to consumption.

Sponsors make no representations or warranties regarding individual suitability, dietary compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winners assume all risks associated with use or consumption of prize products.

11. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsors may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the full ARV of the prize.

12. Release; Publicity

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or any technical, typographical, or human error.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsors’ use of their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

13. General Conditions

Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or errors in the administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

14. Indemnity; Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration.
