GRÜNS X GOTHAM FC "TEXT TO ENTER" SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE; A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The GRÜNS X GOTHAM FC "TEXT TO ENTER" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (an "Eligible Entrant").

Employees, officers and directors, including immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, or parent, and their respective spouses/domestic partners, regardless of where they reside), and members of the same household, whether or not related, of NJ/NY Gotham Football Club LLC, the National Women's Soccer League, GRÜNS, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, divisions, members, teams, and any other companies associated with the Promotion (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to participate or win a Prize.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period").

All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion.

3. How to Enter

Limit one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

Entries must be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure contact information is accurate and up to date.

SMS signup is not required to enter the Promotion.

4. Winner Selection

Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Potential Winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

5. Winner Contact

Sponsor will attempt to contact the Potential Winner via SMS and/or email within a reasonable time following the end of the Promotion Period.

The Potential Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact.

If the Potential Winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be reached, or is deemed ineligible, they will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

6. Prize Descriptions; General Prize Terms; Value

Prize Description

One (1) Winner will receive:

• Up to ten (10) Founders Club tickets to the final Gotham FC home game of the season at Sports Illustrated Stadium (approximate value: $201 per ticket)
• One (1) year supply of Grüns gummies (awarded as twelve (12) monthly shipments or equivalent, as determined by Sponsor)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $3,000+
(calculated as ~$2,010 for tickets + estimated value of Grüns supply)

General Prize Terms

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize with one of equal or greater value.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated (including transportation, parking, food, beverages, taxes, and incidental expenses) are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guests.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 may be issued if required by law.

Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

7. Privacy Policy

By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Release; Publicity

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of any Prize.

Except where prohibited, entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures, network issues, or system errors; or unauthorized human intervention or fraud.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in disruptive or fraudulent behavior.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if integrity is compromised.

10. Indemnity; Disputes

By participating, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any claims arising from participation.

Except where prohibited, all disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions). Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs. No recovery of attorneys' fees or punitive damages.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
